gravitypope offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all eligible full-priced footwear, clothing, and accessories. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and designer packaging intact.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Log into your gravitypope account or use the guest return portal to request a Return Authorization (RA) number within 14 days of receiving your order.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package to ensure efficient processing.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix your prepaid return label (if applicable) or ship via a traceable carrier to our distribution center; please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed back to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
